Our qualified technicians are available to attend to services or onsite emergency repairs of Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Telehandlers, Forklifts and VMS.

All service vehicles are fully equipped to ensure the service team can handle any equipment malfunctions and repairs to minimise downtime and keep your machine operational. 

During a 90 day inspection the technician will undertake a thorough examination of your unit.

All functions, operations & safety devices are inspected and tested to manufacturers specifications.

The 90 day inspection can be carried out at our workshop or at a location convenient to you.   

All EWPs require a routine inspection carried out annually.  An Annual inspection includes recalibrations, pressure and load tests, plus changing oils/filters.

A comprehensive report will be provided detailing parts and repairs that can be carried out on-site or at a later date.
 

All EWP’s greater than 10 years from the date of manufacture are required to have a major inspection carried out in accordance with AS 2250.10-2006. This includes scissor lifts, boom lifts and telehandlers.  Platform Service will assess your EWP prior to the examination to ascertain approximate parts and repairs that may be required. We will then carry out the inspection which involves crack testing of various components.
